Ingredients:
- 4 cups of cooked beans (different sizes)
- 2 onions, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 carrot, diced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 5 cups vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, and cook, stirring, until soft, about 5 minutes.
In a pot add beans, onions, potatoes and carrot.
Add vegetable broth, salt, pepper and marjoram
Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook until vegetables are tender.
