Ingredients:
- 1 bag rice
- 2 medium apples
- 2 tsp natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp sugar cane
- cinnamon
- 2 tbsp homemade seedless raspberry jam
Instructions:
Prepare rice according to package instructions.
Peel apples and cut them into thiny slices.
Fill the oven proof dish with a half of rice and add yoghurt. Mix well.
on the rice mixture make one thin layer of apples.
Sprinkle apples with sugar and cinnamon (add as much as you like). Put jam on it.

Cover the apples with the remaining rice.
Bake the rice pudding for about 30-40 minutes in the preheated oven to 170°C.
