High Protein Chocolate Cake

Easy, healthy and you can make this cake in few minutes.
You can put this cake in the freezer and eat it when you want to eat something sweet.


Ingredients:


  • 120g chickpea flour
  • 20g whey protein powder
  • 70g peanut flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200g fromage frais
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tbsp stevia (or sugar)
  • orange zest from 1 orange
  • 5 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 peach, diced
  • 1 handful of dried cranberries
  • whipped cream, to garnish


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180° C.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients until smooth except from peach and cranberries.
Add friuts to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the baking mold.
Bake for 35  minutes.
You can serve with whipped cream (but remember that your dessert will have more calories).
