Baked Camembert with Pomegranate and Thyme

This gooey, melty cheesy appetizer is quick to throw together.
You can very easily make it when you are busy during the whole week.


Ingredients: 

  • 1 whole Camembert
  • pomegranate seeds
  • thyme
  • your favourite bread


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 170ÂșC.
Remove paper from cheese, slice the top layer of rind off the cheese. 
Place cheese in a dish that can be used in oven.
Sprinkle cheese with thyme leaves. 
Bake for about 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven, transfer to serving platter and put some pomegranate seeds on the top. Serve immediately with your favourite type of bread.
