Beans contain large amounts of protein, calcium, phosphorus and potassium, therefore it must be a part of your diet.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked and cooled white beans
- 150 g cooked and cooled millet
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 heaped teaspoon of your favorite herbs (maybe thyme, oregano, herbs de Provence, marjoram, etc.)
- black cumin
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and blend until you can form a homogeneous dough.
Add herbs and spices and mix thoroughly.
Put the dough into a flat mold lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with black cumin on top.
Bake for 35 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 C.
