Summer Smoothie

Summer is a great season for smoothies. There are plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
This smoothie is great after workout outdoors becasue it's loaded with proteins.


Ingredients (2 glasses):

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 2 handful blueberries
  • 1 plum
  • 2 small apricots
  • 1/2 tsp guarana
  • 1  scoop whey protein (I used taste cherries)
  • 1 cup cooled milk


Instructions:

Blend everything together until smooth.

Enjoy!
